ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Qubic holds certificate number FS 557247 issued by BSI and operates a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the ‘building, installation, configuration and maintenance of voice and data networks’.
The ISO 9001 quality management standards are designed to help us ensure that we meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to our services. ISO 9001 deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems, including the eight management principles upon which the family of standards is based; customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, systematic approach to management, continual improvement, fact-based approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
G-Cloud 9 Framework Agreement
Qubic has applied for and been accepted onto the government’s G-Cloud 8 framework agreement managed by the Crown Commercial Service (CSS) that acts on behalf of the Crown to drive savings for the taxpayer and improve the quality of commercial and procurement activity.
Qubic has been awarded a place on the G-Cloud 9 framework agreement to supply its Managed Hosted Data Services as well as Hosted Mitel Telephony, all supported with its High Availability design and ISO 27001:2013 security approval.
Our application for consideration and acceptance onto the G-Cloud 9 programme underscores our commitment to the Public Sector and will help us build on our success to date in providing services to schools, hospitals, police, central government and local authorities.
